Abstract
This work shows the evolution of the lineage Sandoval and their establishment in the tierra of Huete, from the mayorazgo foundation and consolidated in some agrarian economic bases tipical of the Castilian Nobility. The lordships of La Ventosa reached certain politic and territorial power at the local area lalong the XVth century, and holded severals council offices.
