Abstract

National’s Front ethnonationalism takes the form of a slogan, On est chez nous, and a metaphor: «France’s Home». In this article we inquire about the use of this metaphor in Marine Le Pen’s 2017 presidential campaign, and we analyze its transformations. This allows us to evaluate the concept of ethnonationalism concept as applied to the National Front. For this purpose, we rely on a discursive analysis of Marine Le Pen’s interventions in nine campaign rallies
