Résumé
Laser technology advancements have promoted professionals interest to new applications in different areas like implantology Laser has been used principally in second-stage, gingival hyperplasic elimination and attempted sterilization in periimplantary diseases. The purpose of this work is an overview of literature publications in this line, trying to clarify the controversy aspects.
