Abstract

In the present paper reference is made to two cases of acute brucellosis with unusual manifestations. One showed pneumonia and DIC and the other a maculo-papulous exanthem. Evolution of both was satisfactory with the use of specific antiinfectious treatment. A review of the literature is added.
