Clinician, researcher and Associate Professor of Psychiatry (University Complutense of Madrid, Spain), working at the Institute of Psychiatry and Mental Health (Gregorio Marañón Hospital) since 2006. Fort he past 15 years she has been focused on the neurobiological underpinnings of early phases of psychosis and other severe mental disorders and the development of specific interventions. She has been participated un more tan 25 competitive research projects and has published more than 100 research papers. She is currently the Coordinator of the Child and Adolescent Program of the Spanish Center for Biomedical Research in Mental Health (CIBERSAM), Co-chair the Child and Adolescent Neuropsycopharmacology Network of the European College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ECNP) and member of the EmprEMA Network within the EMA. Editor of European Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and reviewer of more than 10 international journals. IPSMarañón Quality Coordinator. More than 120 scientific articles, as well as books and book chapters. In the last 5 years more than 50 papers in relation to psychotic, affective or neurodevelopmental disorders.
