Abstract

This thesis is constituted by two parts, the first part cover the offers of differentiation between psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, search relevant and exhaustive from Freud to the current importance. Of the conclusions obtained in the above mentioned part stands out the graphical offer of the author (Fig. Nº2, pg. 266) that allows to represent and to understand better the relations between psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapies. The second part corresponds to an intensive and exhaustive study of a clinical transcribed case, of which there is selected a systematic sample of sessions (60 sessions or 33 % of the case) evaluated by Psychotherapy Process Q-sort, (Jones, E.E. 2000, 1985a) (Ordenamiento Q del Proceso de la Psicoterapia), that is based on the Q methodology, unlike the great majority of formal instruments of evaluation. The results -obtained after an analysis factorial exploratory - show the presence of five significant variables in this therapeutic process: Factor I " Empathic Attitude " (Table 25, pág. 210), Factor II "Resistance" (Table 26, pág. 220), Factor III "Therapeutic Interventions" (Table 27, pág. 229), Factor IV " Attitude of Neutrality " (Table 28, pág. 238), Factor V " Alliance - process Therapeutic " (Table 29, pág. 249), factors are traced along the case, distinguishing from them the factor the IV "Attitude of Neutrality " for his significative decrease across the treatment and the factor V "Alliance - process Therapeutic", the only factor that increases during the treatment. The conclusions of this second part are the commentaries and discussions of the obtained results.
