La salud de la comunidad de Mañaria desde la perspectiva de sus mujeres

Resumen

Objetivos y metodología. El objeto de esta tesis es el Diagnóstico de Salud comunitario y participativo de Mañaria Vizcaya. El objetivo general es conocer la salud de la comunidad de Mañaria desde la perspectiva de las mujeres, considerando la participación e implicación de las mismas en dicha comunidad. Esta investigación se ha realizado desde un enfoque cualitativo etnográfico. La muestra del estudio la componen 26 informantes. Las técnicas utilizadas han sido la entrevista semiestructurada y en profundidad y la observación participante, además, de fuentes documentales, formales e informales. Resultados, 1. Se han descrito las características de la comunidad de Mañaria. 2. Este estudio ha identificado en los distintos núcleos temáticos analizados, los problemas que pueden afectar la salud de los habitantes de Mañaria y a la propia comunidad. 3. Se han mostrado soluciones a los problemas detectados en cada núcleo temático. 4. Se han determinado situaciones favorecedoras de salud de la comunidad de Mañaria. Objetives and methodology The purpose of this thesis is the community and participatory Health Diagnosis carried out in Mañaria Biscay. The overall objective is to determine the health of the community of Mañaria from the perspective of women, taking their participation and involvement in the community into account. This research was conducted as from a qualitative approach with ethnographic process. The study sample comprised 26 informants. Using qualitative techniques, and namely, in-depth semi-structured interviews and participant observation have been the main empirical basis of this research Apart from that, we were looking for all kinds of and informal documentary sources. Results 1. This is a description of the characteristics of the community of Mañaria: population, the paid and unpaid staff of the community, its economy and participatory work, its spaces, both private and public; its habits and lifestyles. 2. This study has identified the problems that may affect the health of the inhabitants. 3. This study also shows solutions to the problems identified in each thematic focus. 4. This study has also shown the situations which favour health in the community of Mañaria.
