The scope of University Radio Broadcast Media should afford the process of web design to generate visibility and communication effectiveness. Students, professors and radio projects should use various aspects of web graphic design work for the effectiveness. Scholar Radio Broadcast projects should be made from the point of view of the Audiovisual Media, looking for projects on the Internet to use it as a space of �catch� possible audience and, in addition, supported by new forms of graphic communication as infographics. We wonder how University Radios, most of which are based on projects on the network, create an overall picture of relying on the new field of Multimedia Technology to achieve greater publicity to their projects. We are dealing with practical works with significant professional elements and must be viewed from several points of view, one of them is certainly the graphic web design to on-line media. In the current educational field of communication, each of these issues is raised on an individual or isolated terms, and our proposal is based on starting, conversely, with the achievement of Global Media Projects with special attention to web design
