Resumo

The use of the virtual campus in the Spanish universities has grown of form generalized in the last decade; nevertheless, since its use is not obligatory, not all the teachers use it. The increase of the teachers who use them contrasts with the special dizziness of those who, before the TIC, feel neglected in his educational labor. The EEES forces to the introduction of all these means within reach of the teachers. The aim of this work is to establish a frame of initial reference, based on the study and analysis of the Virtual Campus of the Complutense University for a major comprehension. We stay in front of the fundamental tool for the education of next years that, at the moment, only it treats contents of support to the classes attend them. Similar to the social networks, the virtual campus possesses advantages and disadvantages that are analyzed in the present communication, justifying this way the high cost that he has supposed for each of the universities that they have adopted it.
