Résumé

Through visits to different museums, we made a comparative study of the Spanish and Colombian context in order to enrich the concepts and the practices related to interactive environments. We used the model of analysis for the real and virtual museums from of the Museum i+D+C, whose investigations distinguish by the use of novel technologies and by an authentic interactive immersion in the contents, to analyse how the traditional elements of the museum can converge with the information and communication technologies. We also used the methodology of the project Interactive Model For Museums - MOMU from the Pontifical Universidad Javeriana, Cali for the registry of learning behaviour. Both models were applied in the comparative study. Guidelines were learned to cause that the technologies fulfil their objective without obscuring the purpose of the museum and its exhibitions. We interacted with the different specialists from the group Museum I+D+C in areas such as augmented reality, synthetic 3D image, audio-visual and hypermedia communication, study of public in museums, museology and museography. We visited the most significant museums from Madrid and Cali, observing therefore the use of the museography in diverse traditional and technological means. Also, we deepened ourselves in the analysis of such museums based on the investigating model from the group Museum I+D+C. Finally, we made a study of assimilation in the museums of Natural History of Madrid and Cali. When making an extensive interchange of knowledge, we learned from the successes and errors of the Spanish and Colombian contexts, which demonstrates how technology many times achieves entertainment, not thus its educative function. On the other hand, if it is used sagaciously, technology can influence in museums to evolve and to be communicative, didactic and interactive. This it studied was done thanks to the support of the Organisation of Ibero American States - OEI.
