Résumé

The I+D Proyect Radio Friends called «Desarrollo de una Red Social para la producción amigable y de calidad de programas radiofónicos, por colectivos Aficionados, y su auto-promoción y gestión a través de Radio-Clubes en línea» aims to provide general amateur production of cultural, informational, educational, promotional, present, and so on, formats of radio and broadcast over the Internet. Enabler is a technological development of radio called 2.0, based on P2P Networks and creative commons. P2P exchange is mainly based on the philosophy that all Internet users must share some information. This is applied in some networks, as entirely meritocratic system where "the most share, more and more access privileges is available quickly and more content. This system aims to ensure the availability of shared content, because otherwise it would not be possible to keep the P2P network. This aspect of user-creator leads us to propose the creation of an ethical code of conduct, and that free access and free dissemination of content may involve the violation of some freedoms and rights of programs creators, recipients and the violation of copyright.
