The Communication industry is facing continuous changes due to the technological innovations. Throughout the digitalization in information production, distribution and consumption what impulse the convergence between Audiovisual, Telecommunication and Informatics sectors, the Internet‟s arrival and social networks are transforming deeply the value chain, but also the commercial strategies of this kind of companies. This research presents an analysis of the digital strategies implemented by the Spanish broadcaster‟s taking into consideration the new business models in the digital environment.
