Resum

In Spain, many researches have aimed to diagnose and draw the ways of life of immigrant people. Actually, one can find many studies about their technological and communicative-consuming patterns. Nevertheless, all of these researches has been performed on quantitative basis. The qualitative approaches, being developed by private entities, are mostly unknown, protected under the secrecy of market searching for new targets. Our team has decided to provide here a rough profile of uses, perceptions and evaluations of new and/or digital media. This profile is based on data collected through many researches not directly related with NT. We also try to offer some guidelines to a future research involving specifically the relationship between immigrant people and NT.
