During the last forty years, thanks to technological innovations, the power of electronical devices has doubled. Even though that the users can have new machines that expand their electronical experience, the fact remains that the development only has one way: more power means better graphics or better sound, but does not involve innovative contents nor different ideas. There have been forty years where the audiovisual part has been improved a lot, without the same improvement in the contents. The boredom of traditional users, the new social networks, the proximity of the digital native to the new media and technologies and the new digital gadgets will make a Next-Gen where the essential thing will not be the power of the machine, but how the users interactuate with it and other users: the Next-gen will stop being a niche for techies and will dilute in daily life, mixing communication and fun in a transparent way for the user.
