Resum
The current work tackles the discourse about the media communication regarding Delphi test. Both techniques were developed in the I+D Project CSO2010- 16936COMU, in order to study the hegemonic discourse about the Media Communication regarding the climate change. The Phillips 66 is a technique that allows to gather a lot of experts to discuss a subject face to face and obtain a detailed report after several meetings with different groups of experts. The Delphi is another technique that allows to get written reports from a wide number of experts, who know the answers of the test but not the identity of other partitipants. In both cases the subject was the media treatment of the solutions for the CC. This matter had been thoroughly studied thanks to the content analysis regarding the news from the informative TV programs in Spain recorded during the Cancun and Durban submits, which took place in 2010 and 2011 respectively. The results of Phillips 66 show the key points of the discourse from the groups of experts about the treatment of the CC in the Social Media Communication (SMC). The different groups of experts were the followings: 1. Earth and Climate Science; 2. Energy and Environment; 3. Public Opinion; 4. Social Education and Environment; 5. Politics and Administration of the Territory; 6. NGO´s and Green Social Movements. The results of Delphi show the opinions without differentiating the specialties of the experts, but distinguishing the subjects of reference regarding the CC analyzed on the TV news. With respect to these subjects, the experts give their opinion about the solutions offered in the news. The results regarding the solutions offered by the media and contrasted with the opinions of the experts conclude in: a. There is no solution for such important problems as the temperature increase, natural disasters, migratory flows and wars and social conflicts. b. Solutions based on the technologic innovations, renewable energy, and environmental education Project and politics public actions. c. The not acknowledge of the existence of the problems related to the CC such as the excessive exploitation of natural resources or the maintenance of the biodiversity
