Abstract
Spain has begun the process of drafting a Transparency Act, Access to Information and Good Governance. In a time when there is a great distrust of citizens towards their politicians it could be and instrument to restore confidence and credibility. To achieve this, the law to approve will repower citizens. However, a careful analysis of the text that is actually in the Spanish Parliament indicates that there are still serious deficiencies. This paper fulfill a thorough study of the errors and possible solutions.
