Abstract

Strategic communication is a fundamental process in management today. The visible external communication arises within organizations in a process governed by a strategy consistent with corporate values and the organization’s human capital. This article analyzes the role of internal communication as a management tool on the articulation of the other communications in the fields of business. We start with a brief historical review of internal communication as a concept to be contextualized with a grade of depth that allows us to clarify the current status of the matter. To bring them closer to reality, a study Spanish workers from a quantitative perspective which provides reliable data that support our theory by way of conclusion.
