Abstract

The philosophy of Xavier Zubiri never denied its first husserlian inspiration. Nevertheless, the comprehension Zubiri reached of the work of the father of Phenomenology lead him to consider it insufficiently base don a rigorous analysis of the intellective act, he himself intended to analyze. But, with the current knowledge we can now have, the last research of Husserl on affectivity and instinct let us find an analytical key, unknown for the work of Zubiri himself, that seems to propose a parallelism in both research and clarifies accurately the true importance of the Zubirian work in order to build a first Philosophy. In his research of the thirties on affectivity, Husserl found an irreducible core that showed itself generatively in two disjunctive but inseparable poles, one leading in the direction of that proper of the I and the other in the direction of the alien to the I. In a similar way, the analysis of the sentient intellection of Zubiri, that problematically analyzes the same affective phenomenological remain, characterized in terms of coactuality [coactualidad] this same core, pointing out a dynamic congenereity [congenereidad] of wisdom and reality, that is, a dynamism which constitutes an irreducible and expansive communication in the reality of the sentient I and the reality felt, opening a respectivity realm, the world, which only finds its unity in this same communicational dynamism. This work pretends to follow this phenomenological hint that can be traced in Zubiri´s Philosophy of reality to show how this author´s work lead us to a Metaphysics which rigorously can show the irreducible disjunction of modes of reality in the reality of person, as relatively absolute, and the reality of the world, relatively relative. It comprehends also this disjunction as generative because none of each mode implies the possible reduction of the other, but they both maintain each other in a communicational dynamism that opens all the richness of forms that the person can actively comprehend, enjoy and donate in reality. It is so, the person opens herself to her own reality founded in a disjunction even greater, in the communication with an other personal reality who freely gives herself manifesting in donation her own truth and opening in an interpersonal dynamism to the fullness of truth, goodness and beauty that communion of persons can find and give in the realm of the reality of the world.
