Resumen

Numismatists classify coins found in hoards by die-variety in an attempt to estimate the number of dies (clusters) used to strike the coinage. The size of the coinage (population) is infinite. A random sample is drawn from the coinage. The sample size is random. A sttoping rule for testing and classify coins is derived.
