Zusammenfassung
This article concentrateson analyzing the job-seeking processes and integration of university students into the labour market, showing the differences that occur in the probabilities of employment between groups form different degree courses. On the basis of these facts we go further into the cause behind these differences while at the same time studying the relations recorded between sujects, studied and posts occupied in the course of the first two years'working life.
