Resumo
On the basis of the complete territorial distribution of health powers according to different hypotheses, this article evaluates the financial impact on the evolution of autonomous communities resources by means of comparing the present system of differentiated health funding with the situation of integration in the general autonomous communities financing system. The analysis contemplates two periods, whichs match up with the five-year periods -present and future-of regional financing. For this second period a reform of the autonomous communities financing system is simulated, in terms of the assignmentof excise duties in the actual tax basis of the regions.
