Résumé
The objective of this paper, a preview ofa broader research project now in progress for the Fundación FIES, is to provide an initial approximation to an estimation of inter-jurisctional tax flows. To this end, starting from a series of theoretical and methodological considerations, it goes on to estimate the actions of general government as a whole from a regional perspective via the territorialization of income and expenditure in 1993.
