Zusammenfassung
The article analyzes the relationship among social structure and strategy of development, specifically for the Chilean case, during Pinochet's dictatorship (1973-1990). The Political Economies implemented by the military regime, and continued in many grades for the Concertation government, respond to a neoliberal approach which support the improvement of the capitalism but at the expense of more unemployment and more precarious conditions of life for the workers and the poor
