Zusammenfassung
In Latin America, the linkage between the parties and the state has been consolidated, and this fact has implied the strengthening of there ones, but it has also meant a cut off from the civil society and a weakening of the representative function. Therefore, from the research of parliamentary elite, it looks clear that there is a new model of political party, less representative and with stronger ties with the state and government.
