Abstract
Analysis of the content of the Organic Law 19/2003 23rd December, modifying the Organic Law for the Judiciary that establishes a new system of court office as a form of an organization that exclusively supports judge activity of judges and magistrates, and which depends on the orders of the court secretary by the processing unities of support and common services.
