Abstract
Our goal in this article was to show how to improve maxillofacial surgery prognosis and results to correct cleft palate and harelip and secuelae, by means of team plannillg. To do so, we present two cases of bilateral cleft palate treated together by Dental School, U.CM and Plastic Surgery Service, Universitary Hospital of San Carlos, Madrid.
