Abstract
In this article we report a case of melanotic neuroectodermal tumour of infancy (MNTI) in an 11 years-old boy, of mandibular location, with malignant clinic and pathologic features, showing neural crest cells differentiation. This is one of the four described cases of malignant MNTI of gnatic location, and the only one sited in the mandible. The patient underwent a radical surgical treatment, unsuccessfully trying to control his rapid and fatal evolution.
