Abstract

Human security is the prerequisite for appropriate living conditions and the subsistence of individuals and societies. Most human insecurities poverty, war, environmental pollution, economic steering, terrorism, and others are human responsibilities and are therefore, possible to overcome. We will be considering several of them, but we will emphasize on poverty which, because it is cause and effect of many insecurities and the detonator of many others, imposes severe living conditions amounting to a sort of modern slavery. The compliance with human duties and the participation of social actors such as political actors and government authorities, are necessary to achieve human security overcoming poverty and fear, eradicating child deaths due to hunger, placing all children in school, so that life and human dignity will prevail over violence, injustice and poverty generating economic models
