Zusammenfassung
Today the virtual character of our information and knowledge society becomes, at times, the scenario of Human rights violations. The digital re-reading of Article 12 of the Universal Declaration, the right to privacy on the Internet, is analysed in the following article using as a reference some of the main first world countries, such as the USA.
