Resumo
Marriage in Sparta is oriented towards the procreation of healthy and robust children whom, from the seven years of age, receive a strict education supervised by the State. They are indoctrinated in values such as patriotism, discipline and obedience. Study of the enhancing measures of marriage as well as of the privileges conferred to the Spartans who had a certain number of children. Analysis of the form of celebration of marriage and reference to the minimum age to contract it. Notes on the figure of adultery.
