Abstract

Tourism is characterized, by the perspective of the relationship marketing, by the interaction, the complementarity and the cooperation. The multitude of relations inside the tourist system is synthesized under the concept of relationship factor, emphasizing the relations of cooperation between the tourist agents, orientated to achieving a satisfactory tourist experience
