Abstract

In the present work we have studied the chemical composition of the essential oil extracted from fruits of Elaeoselinum asclepium (L.) Bertol, subsp. asclepium. Results show great affinity between this essential oil and those obtained from other Spanish taxa of the same genus Elaeoselinum Koch ex DC. and ot the genus Margotia Boiss.
