Abstract
The Representatives Assemblies of Flanders were places of political debates between the Kingdoms and the Spanish Crown. At the same time, some finantial institutions, specially demanded for the military conflicts. This type of study analise, in one hand, those important characteristic and fiscality evolution of Parlaments of Flanders and Artois during the War of Thirty Years (1625-1642) and the relationship with commertial activities that take place in two provinces of the Spanish Monarchy.
