Resumen

El artículo hace un balance de los trabajos de John Sutton dedicados al análisis de la estructura de los mercados. Se presta especial atención al enfoque desarrollado por este autor y conocido con el nombre de "Bounds Approach". El texto introduce al lector en el artículo de John Sutton que reproduce este número de Investigaciones Regionales y que ilustra cómo se aproxima este autor al análisis de la estructura del mercado en un tema clásico: la persistencia del liderazgo.
