Abstract
This paper tries to draw some basic notions that could be used to find a base for the ethical attitudes that free software and knowledge together with e-government and e-democracy are showing nowadays. The proposal is to support a model of interaction between a pragmatic and a more humanist model towards technology. This tension could be used to build up a cyberhumanism, beyond posthumanism and transhumanism.
