Zusammenfassung
This paper summarizes the measures taken in Spain since the beginning of the crisis affecting the banking system. Taking into account these measures and the current situation of credit institutions in Spain, the author makes some considerations about the possibility of opening an insolvency procedure on one of these institutions and the famous aphorism too big to fail.
