Résumé

This review was carried out with the aim of focusing the latest advances in research into alcohol and cannabis consumption and their infl uence on driving. Three systematic searches were performed, in the PsycINFO database, entering the keywords �alcohol� AND �traffi c� and �cannabis� AND �traffi c�, restricted to the last fi ve years (January 2006 to December 2010). This work provides the most relevant data on the prevalence of consumption, accidents, neuropsychological effects and risk.
