Resumo

The economic situation is creating negative effects on businesses which adversely affect the objectives of employment and economic growth. In a globalized world, economic policy measures are limited to those designed by other countries. In turn, the authors must also take into account other factors, such as the situation of Spanish industries in relation to other countries industries, competitiveness and international accounting rules that impose new rules that governments and industries must to take into account. All these factors are analysed in this article.
