Résumé

The microbiological oxidation of ferrous ion in the continuos percolating system has been investigate in relation to copper extraction from a massive pyritic-ore by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans. The ponderate extraction curves, deffined in this paper, indicate the existence of two stages in the process of attack to ore: anearly stage with the copper extraction alone, and a second stage with the ion and copper extraction in same time. The value in the maximun differential dissolution of copper rate, was detected in 7-10 days of beginning of experiments with bacterias. In the aseptic experiments has not been detected any value maximun. Jarosite formation was observed during the leaching of the pyritic ore.
