Resumo

This essay is the written version of the paper given at the 13th National Conference of the Spanish Association of Art Critics, organized by AECA/AACA in Saragossa and Huesca on November the 17th to 20th, 2011, celebrating the 50th anniversary of AECA and the 25th of AACA. It is published together with others regarding art criticism under Franco�s regime, while the rest will be published in forthcoming issues, thus covering the general topic of the conference: Evolution and Situation of Art Criticism in Spain, 1961-2011.
