Zusammenfassung
The present work studies from a historical perspective the responsabilites of Mine, Road and Geological Engineers in the area of subterranean waters in this century. Furthermore, it emphasizes a marked change in the proffesional responsabilities due to the Spanish Constitution and the current Water Law of 1985.
