Abstract
The paper refers the differrent mineral resources to the sections designed in the Mining Law of 1973. Due to several legal voids existing in the Mining Law, a debuled Shady is carried out on the possibilities to allocate a certain mineral resource to a particular section, according to the prospector geologist interests.
