Resumen

El articulo describe, posteriormente al análisis de una serie de variables biológicas y conductuales, un método para evaluar el grado de adaptación al sistema de trabajo rotativo con ciclo nocturno. El conocimiento de los ritmos circadíanos cardíaco y de temperatura corporal periférica son utilizados para predecir el rendimiento nocturno de un trabajador. Se comprueba en este estudio, que los sujetos que han permanecido durante cinco años o más sometidos a un sistema de turnos con rotación nocturna, presentan significativas reducciones en la amplitud de diferentes ritmos biológicos circadíanos.
