Zusammenfassung
We assist to important changes in the international society some years since. These changes have increased in the present millennium, and they are marked above all for the phenomenon of the globalization and for the unilateralism of the United States. These changes concern to the International Law that it’s immersed in a process of transition. The international subjectivity, the process of legal creation and application, or the United Nations’ system of collective security are some of the fields that they are affected for this ‘mutation’.
