Résumé

Through this literature review is to assess what are the indications of zygomatic implants, in addition to establishing the different techniques to accomplish them are. Zygomatic implants have special characteristics that make them suitable for the rehabilitation of extremely atrophic jaws. Offer great advantages over conventional techniques: less invasive technique, more economical, less duration, with the possibility of immediate loading with very high success rates. Also presents certain complications.
