Zusammenfassung
In the Spanish business world the family business occupies a particularly important place, especially in the form of SMEs, small and medium enterprises. This study focuses on the need to ensure their conservation and continuity in situations of marital crisis, or following the death of the founding member and its translation into legal instruments such as marriage settlement, wills, family protocol or other which have, equally, family and succession nature
