Zusammenfassung
Sepsis is a serious health problem with high morbidity and mortality. Its natural evolution can be modified when a rapid diagnosis is made and treatment measures will begin immediately. The delay in treating high mortality conditions. You must start immediate parenteral hydration and empirical antibiotic treatment with or without after taking blood cultures and cultivation of other sources as appropriate suspected outbreak. The guidelines and consensus oriented although broadly affect the need for individualized treatment for each patient.
