Resumen

El Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico se encuentra en crisis. Su situación encierra un complejo conjunto de problemas de carácter jurídico cuya solución dista de ser sencilla. Excluido del ámbito subjetivo de la normativa concursal norteamericana y ante la imposibilidad de aprobar una normativa particular para la isla, el Gobernador reclama una salida, una solución. Pero al margen de cuál sea la decisión por la que finalmente se opte, lo cierto es que la crisis de Puerto Rico constituye el reflejo de una crisis del propio modelo o configuración del Estado Libre Asociado.
