Resum

This paper describes the clinical case of a horse diagnosed with nasal adenocarcinoma that developed central neurological symptoms of great severity, due to cerebral invasion. Although a sudden worsening of the patient prevented MRI analysis in the live animal, postmortem MRI, togeteher with histo-pathological findings, allowed determination of the nature, size ande exact location of the neoplastic mass. This approach also allowed performing a correct clinical interpretation of the desease and establishing a precise diagnosis.
