Abstract

The use of conversational features seems to be inappropriate in a formal discourse. In this paper, we analyze how the lawyers use some conversational features during the trial as a discursive and pragmatic strategy. To achieve this goal, we analyzeone real trial corpus-based (Taranilla 2012) to describe some of these conversational strategies.
